As you walk into our new office, chances are you’ll find Nanouk near the front desk, which means you’ll almost certainly be greeted cheerfully straight away. Nanouk is our ‘jack-of-all-trades’: she receives visitors, answers the phone, does various administrative tasks and also arranges all kinds of things. This is exactly what she likes about her work: the variety of tasks and the fact that she never knows in the morning exactly what awaits her that day.
What she likes about the culture at Aldowa is that it is a very open company, where you can really be yourself. Your opinion counts and you are free to try out all kinds of new ideas. For this, it doesn’t matter what your position is or how long you’ve been employed, if you believe in it, it’s worth a try!
She has fond memories of the Christmas celebration that took place just before the corona virus struck. The entire production hall was transformed into a Christmas atmosphere, including metre-long tables at which dinner was served. There was singing, everyone was at their very best and the atmosphere was unique. But perhaps that time they went to Lisbon with the entire team even surpassed the Christmas outing. Nanouk spent months preparing for it and the result was certainly worth it. Both the anticipation she had in the process, and the weekend itself with the whole team, were as she summed it up in one word: perfect.
