SPOT is located in Amsterdam Zuidoost, an impressive new development consisting of seven residential towers with views over the city and countryside. Aldowa constructed the façades of SPOT CF and SPOT C1. SPOT CF features 2,950 m² of gold anodised cassette panels with a unique hexagonal perforation. Thanks to an advanced software tool, the perforations are randomly rotated, so no two panels are the same. The bed hook system with vertical black U-profiles ensures a sleek end result and withstands high wind loads and temperature differences.

For SPOT C1, Aldowa combined 3,800 m² of sleek white panels with 1,100 m² of brown-grey profile cladding and 1,550 m² of gold anodised cladding around the balconies. The panels were mounted directly onto the timber frame substructure, which required precise execution and close cooperation with Pleijsier Bouw. The result is a dynamic and refined façade in which the towers connect beautifully.
