Rive Tower

In Capelle aan den IJssel, the former Rive Tower office building has been transformed into 84 apartments. This transformation is part of the plan to redevelop the Rivium office area as the Rivium District neighbourhood, which will consist of some five thousand homes.

Aldowa revamped the façade of Rive Tower I by covering the existing façade with new aluminium composite panels and profile sheets. These were finished with a playful distribution of window frames, transforming the building’s old-fashioned 1980s look into a sleek, modern façade.
