High Park

From old to new! The vacant former ING office block dating from 1968 has been transformed into a modern apartment complex. We able to join the construction team in the preliminary phase and refined the architect’s design together with other façade partners. Extra fun fact: High Park is one of the first projects where the work was done without scaffolding.

We fitted over 600 prefabricated elements with aluminium cladding, dressing three of the four wings. The north side of the building is unique, characterised by a dark grey colour, a staggered façade and totally different detailing from the other three wings. High Park is a great example of how we can both deal with vacant properties and address the need for housing in the Netherlands. The office building has been transformed into no fewer than 281 modern gasless flats.
