For the Feringa Building at the University of Groningen on the Zernike Campus, we delivered the complete engineering, production, and installation of the iconic facade cladding. Designed by Ector Hoogstad Architects, the building’s striking exterior features approximately 18,000 anodized aluminum composite panels in a distinctive diamond shape.

Finished in five custom anodized shades (four grey tones and one champagne hue), the panels were installed in a overlapping, tile-like pattern across the three V-shaped wings. Each panel was precision-milled and folded at our Rotterdam production facility before being mounted on site. A large-scale project where complex logistics, rapid installation, and precise chain coordination come together.
